The practice

We do CRM support. That's the whole thing.

We take the HubSpot you already have and make it the kind of system your team trusts. Sometimes that’s a three-week sprint. Sometimes it’s running it for you every month.

We don’t sell software and we don’t resell anyone’s. By the time a CRM is trustworthy, the pipeline report means something, the coordinator’s activity is visible, and the sales rep has stopped keeping a side spreadsheet. That’s why we call the work revenue operations, not cleanup.

How we got here

Before CRMs, there was a neighborhood bar.

Before CRMs, we managed a neighborhood bar in San Antonio called Tap Exchange. We were 24. Our stepfather owned it. We ran the floor.

One of our regulars was named David. Double whisky, neat. He came in most weeks. He was a widower, and he didn’t talk much about why he was there, but we knew.

On the nights it ran well, someone behind the bar would have his drink ready before he sat down. On the nights it didn’t, he’d order it like a stranger.

The bar wasn’t really in the whisky business. It was in the business of remembering people.

The whole job, on any given shift, was making sure the next person on the schedule knew what we knew.

We didn’t have a word for that yet.

Years later, working in CRM, the same shape kept showing up. Different rooms. Same job. Make sure the next person on shift knows what the team already knows.
